Do I need a certain level of fitness to come to a class?

No. Classes are designed to suit all fitness levels.

What do I wear to a pole class?

A supportive athletic Bra.

Shorts or Booty shorts (thigh and hip grips)

T shirt for workout

Sweatshirt, pants and socks for conditioning (stay warm)

A water bottle

When should I eat and what to eat before class?

Eat 45mins before class:

Protein smoothie-banana dipped peanut butter-protein bar-rice-tofu-chicken-green veggies

Bring snacks to class:

Dates-nuts -seeds-fruit-energy balls-bars

Policies:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be done 12 hours prior to scheduled class. 

If you have reserved a spot and paid and can no longer attend, no refund can be given, however I am more than happy to reschedule you on another day. 

If you miss the 12 hour notification cut off I assume you are taking the class and the class cannot be rescheduled or credited. 

Late Policy:

Arrive 5-10 min before class, if you arrive late, you will be cutting into your own pole training as warm up and conditioning are essential to your body. Door will have to be locked 20mins after class begins due to rent policy.
